It also features a 15 year replacement product warranty* from date of purchase: Astra Walker will repair or, at its option, replace any goods which are defective through faulty workmanship or materials, free of charge and labour, within the first 2 years of the warranty.

An additional warranty of 13 years for replacement parts (labour is excluded) applies for defective product through faulty workmanship or materials. Shower hoses have a 2 year warranty.

Returns and Exchanges

Return and exchange accepted on stock items only within 2 weeks of delivery
Return or exchange items must be unused / uninstalled
No returns on special orders or sale items
Some items carry a warranty, please enquire for more information if this applies
Screws supplied with all orders at no additional cost

Standard courier delivery of a standard weight and size package is $15 to metro areas. Delivery outside these areas, or of significant weight and size, will incur further charge.
